You must have tried our handset for a minimum of 90 days ( from the day your order was delivered) but no more than 120 days if you are considering a return.

Please note:

All applications for our 100% Money-Back Guarantee must be submitted within 120 days of receiving your handset. (You still can email us, if you are 1-3 days late )
If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.
